There are two ways to log into your Online Spam Solutions Quarantine Account:
- If you received a Quarantine Report in your email, click on almost any link in it and you will automatically be logged into your account. Although, for security reasons, the links in that report are only good for five days.
- You can manually log to your online Quarantine account in by going to:
Your username is your full email address.
You should have received your password in a welcome letter that was sent when your account was created. If you need a new password enter your email address in the Username field and click the Create New Password button near the bottom of the page. A new password will be sent to you.

If that doesnt work...
Your account may be on one of our other networks. We maintain seperate clusters of spam filters for our reseller customers, HIPAA-enabled customers, and large-volume customers. The login process is the same but the webpage addresses are different.
