Issue: Help, My Daily Reports are in Another Language


The Problem:

When you receive a Quarantine Report from us it's in a different language.  Usually, it appears to be in Spanish.

 

Why this is happening:

The pull-down that allows you to select the default language was accidentally clicked.  Unfortunately, this is somewhat common due to the placement of the pull-down on the web page.  The first selection in this list of languages is Catalan (a language spoken in Catalonia, a region in Spain around Barcelona).  That's why the language usually appears to be Spanish.

 

Solutions:

  1. Log into your Online Spam Filtering account.   If you have your Spam Quarantine Report Email open, click on the link at the very bottom of the page:

  2. In the upper right of the page find the language selection pull-down:

  3. Change it to your desired language:

  4. Be Sure to Log Off:

    IMPORTANT:  At this point do not click on any links in the Quarantine report you received that was in another language.  It will change your default back to the other language and you'll have to do this all over again.


  5. Alternatively, if you know your login info, simply go to the login page and select the lnguage and log in:
